Glow Girls offers beauty salon services, including bridal makeup, hair styling and nail art, as well as professional training courses through our academy. You can request an appointment through our website form, by phone, or by WhatsApp. A booking request submitted through the website is not automatically confirmed. We will contact you directly to confirm your appointment date, time, and any details specific to your service or course.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. If you expect to be significantly late, kindly let us know so we can adjust your appointment where possible.
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client. Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.
Some beauty treatments, including nail art, hair colouring and makeup application, may not be suitable for everyone. Before your appointment, please let our team know about any allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments or medical concerns that could affect your service. We may recommend a patch test for certain products. Glow Girls cannot be held responsible for a reaction or outcome caused by information that was not disclosed to us in advance.
When you enrol in a course at our academy, you agree to attend the sessions outlined at the time of enrolment and to follow the health and safety practices set out by our trainers. A certificate is issued upon successful completion of the required coursework and assessment, where applicable. While we provide guidance and support to help our graduates start their careers, enrolment in a course does not guarantee employment or business success.
Prices for our services and courses are shared with you at the time of booking or enrolment and may change from time to time. Payment is made directly at our studio unless otherwise agreed. Please speak with our team if you have any questions about pricing before confirming your appointment or enrolment.
We occasionally photograph our work, including finished looks and student projects, to share on our website and on our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages. If you would prefer that your photo not be used, please let us know at the time of your appointment and we will respect that request.
